Skirt

1. Begin with a foundation chain of 80 ch for a comfortable waist size. Turn.
2. Row 1: In the 4th ch from the hook, 1 dc. Continue to 1 dc in each chain to the end (78 dc). Turn.
3. Row 2-15: Ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), 1 dc in each st across. Turn.
4. To shape the skirt, reduce the last 2 rows by 10 stitches each, maintaining the dc pattern.
5. Row 16: Ch 1, sc in each st and finish with 1 sl st for a neat finish.
6. To create a scalloped edge: * (2 dc, ch 1, sl st) in 1 st, skip 1 st*; repeat from * to * around the entire bottom of the skirt.
7. Weave in all ends securely.
