Striped Knit Blanket Pattern
Materials:
- Worsted weight yarn in green and navy blue (approximately 600 yards of each color)

Gauge:
16 stitches and 22 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
Abbreviations:
- CO: Cast On
- k: Knit
- p: Purl
- BO: Bind Off
Instructions:
- Stripe Pattern:
- Work 12 rows with green yarn
- Work 12 rows with navy blue yarn
- Blanket:
- CO 120 stitches with green yarn.
- Work in stockinette stitch, starting with a knit row, for 12 rows.
- Switch to navy blue yarn and continue in stockinette stitch for 12 rows.
- Repeat the stripe pattern until your blanket measures approximately 60 inches or your desired length, ending with a navy blue stripe.
- BO all stitches loosely.
- Finishing:
- Weave in all ends using a yarn needle.
- Block the blanket to even out the stitches if desired.
