Materials List:

• Sport weight yarn in various colors (main color: rust orange, cream, soft brown, blush pink)
• 3.00 mm (C) crochet hook
• Safety eyes (6mm)
• Fiberfill stuffing
• Stitch marker
• Yarn needle

Gauge:

Gauge is not critical for this project, but approximately 24 stitches and 30 rows = 4 inches in single crochet.

Abbreviations:

• ch = chain
• sc = single crochet
• inc = increase (2 sc in the same stitch)
• dec = decrease (2 sc together)
• sl st = slip stitch
• st = stitch
• RS = right side

Instructions:

Body:

1. Start with a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
3. Round 2: inc in each stitch around. (12)
4. Round 3: (sc in next st, inc) repeat around. (18)
5. Rounds 4-10: sc in each stitch around. (18)
6. Round 11: (sc in next st, dec) repeat around. (12)
7. Stuff the body with fiberfill.
8. Round 12: dec in each stitch around. (6)
9. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Head:

1. Start with a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
3. Round 2: inc in each stitch around. (12)
4. Round 3: (sc in next st, inc) repeat around. (18)
5. Rounds 4-8: sc in each stitch around. (18)
6. Attach safety eyes between Rounds 5 and 6.
7. Round 9: (sc in next st, dec) repeat around. (12)

Ears (make 2):
