Materials
- Yarn: Bulky weight yarn in brown, held double
- Crochet Hook: Size N (10 mm)
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
Abbreviations
- ch: chain
- sc: single crochet
- flo: front loop only
- blo: back loop only
- st(s): stitch(es)
Instructions
Base
- Ch 70 (or your desired width).
- Row 1: Sc in the second ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn.
Main Body
- Row 2: Ch 1, sc in flo of each st across. Turn.
- Row 3: Ch 1, sc in blo of each st across. Turn.
- Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until the blanket measures your desired length.
Border
- Ch 1, sc evenly around the entire edge of the blanket, making sure to place 3 sc in each corner to keep it flat. Join with sl st to the first sc.
Finishing
- Fasten off and weave in all ends using the tapestry needle.
