Materials Needed

• Yarn: Light worsted weight yarn in pastel colors (pink, blue, yellow, and white)
• Hook: 3.5 mm (E)
• Polyester stuffing
• Safety eyes (12 mm)

• ch - chain
• sc - single crochet
• inc - increase (2 sc in the same stitch)
• dec - decrease (sc two together)
• st - stitch

Instructions

Body

1. With the pastel yarn, make a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in magic ring.
3. Round 2: inc in each st around (12 st).
4. Round 3: (sc, inc) around (18 st).
5. Rounds 4-10: sc in each st (18 st).
6. Round 11: (sc, dec) around (12 st).
7. Round 12: dec around (6 st). Finish off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Head

1. With the pastel yarn, make a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in magic ring.
3. Round 2: inc in each st around (12 st).
4. Round 3: (sc, inc) around (18 st).
5. Rounds 4-7: sc in each st (18 st).
6. Round 8: (sc, dec) around (12 st).
7. Round 9: dec around (6 st). Finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Ears (make 2)

1. Chain 10 and turn.
2. Row 1: sc in second ch from hook and across (9 st).
3. Rows 2-6: ch 1, turn, sc across (9 st).
4. Row 7: dec, sc in next 5, dec (7 st).
5. Row 8: dec, sc in next 3, dec (5 st). Finish off, leaving a long tail.

Assembly

1. Sew the head to the body using the long tail.
2. Attach safety eyes and embroider a nose with dark yarn.
3. Sew the ears to the top of the head.
4. Stuff the body and head as you go along.
5. Weave in any loose ends.
