Materials:

• Yarn: 1000 yards of DK weight yarn in two contrasting colors
• Hook: 5.0 mm (H-8)
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle

Gauge:

16 stitches x 20 rows = 4 inches in textured stitch pattern.

Size:

Approximately 42 inches wide and 60 inches long.

Stitch Guide:

• Foundation Double Crochet (fdc): Create a foundation chain of the desired length, crocheting double crochet into the last chain back to the beginning.
• Textured Stitch: Row 1: *dc in next stitch, fpdc around the same stitch; repeat from * across. Row 2: *fpdc around next stitch, dc in same stitch; repeat from * across.

Instructions:

Body of the Wrap:

1.  With Color A, make a foundation chain of 120.
2.  Row 1: fdc in each chain across (120).
3.  Row 2: Change to Color B, textured stitch pattern across.
4.  Repeat Row 2 until you reach a total of 60 inches, alternating colors every 6 rows to create a beautiful duo-tone effect.
5.  Once desired length is reached, fasten off and weave in ends.

Finishing:
