Floral Whisper Wrap Pattern

Materials:

• Worsted weight yarn (approximately 400-500 yards)
• 5.5 mm (I-9) crochet hook
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle

Gauge: 14 DC by 8 rows = 4 inches

Instructions:

Body of the Wrap

1. Chain 60 (or any multiple of 10 + 1 for the turning chain).
2. Row 1: DC in the 4th chain from the hook, *skip 2 chains, 5 DC in next chain (shell made), skip 2 chains; repeat from * to end, DC in last chain. Turn.
3. Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as DC), *5 DC in the center of the shell, skip the next 2 DC; repeat from * to end, DC in top of turning chain. Turn.
4. Row 3: Ch 1, SC in the first DC, *ch 5, skip 2 DC, SC in next DC; repeat from * to end, SC in top of turning chain. Turn.
5. Repeat Rows 2-3 until the wrap measures approximately 60 inches or desired length. Adjust for width with extra rows if necessary.

Edging

1. For the edging, work 1 SC in each stitch around the entire wrap. Add 3 SC in each corner to maintain the shape.
2. Fasten off and weave in ends using the tapestry needle.

Final Touch: Block the wrap gently to open up the lace pattern beautifully and allow it to dry flat.
