  4. Round 3: *1 sc in the next st, inc* repeat around. (24)
  5. Rounds 4-8: Work 1 sc in each stitch around. (24) You should have about 2 inches from the base of the mitten.

  11. Using a tapestry needle, weave in the ends and secure the top closed.

Making the Cuff (Make 2)

  1. Change to faux-fur yarn. With the new yarn, attach to the bottom edge of the mitten.
  2. Round 1: Ch 1, work 1 sc in each st around. (12)
  3. Round 2: Work in back loops only for 4 rounds. This creates a lovely texture. (12)
  4. After completing 4 rounds, fold the cuff over to create a snug fit. Attach the yarn tightly to secure.

Finishing Touches

  • Weave in all loose ends using the tapestry needle.
  • Repeat for the second mitten.
  • Ensure the cuffs are plush and luxurious, creating that cozy feel.
