Materials

• Cotton yarn in two colors (beige and taupe)
• Crochet hook size H/5.0mm
• Wooden bead
• Tapestry needle

Abbreviations

• ch - chain
• sc - single crochet
• sl st - slip stitch

Instructions

Base and Body

1. With beige yarn: Ch 16.
2. Row 1: Sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn. (15 sc)
3. Rows 2-20: Ch 1, sc in each st across. Turn.

Top Band

21. Switch to taupe yarn: Ch 1, sc in each st across. Turn.
22. Rows 22-25: Ch 1, sc in each st across. Turn. (Continue to create a total of 5 rows in taupe.)

Finishing

26. Fold the sack in half with the right sides together, aligning the rows.
27. Seam the sides together using sl st or whip stitch.
28. Turn the sack right side out.

Tassel Drawstring

29. Ch 50, cut the yarn, and fasten off.
30. Thread the drawstring through the top row of taupe stitches.
31. Slide the bead onto the drawstring ends.
32. Tie a tassel at the ends and trim evenly.
