Materials Needed

• Yarn: DK weight cotton yarn in two colors (cream and dark green)

Instructions

Step 1: Creating the Strips

Cream Strip

1. Using the cream yarn, ch 120.
2. Row 1: Sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across. (119 sc)
3. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Green Strip

1. Using the green yarn, repeat the same steps as for the cream strip.

Step 2: Braiding
